Trai Thien sea transport investment and development joint-stock company respectfully submit to Prime Minister, Department of Planning and Investment, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh city for considering and permit Trai Thien Sea Transport Investment and Development Joint-stock Company to operate under Economic Corporation structure.
Trai Thien Sea Transport Investment and Development Joint-stock Company respectfully represent to Prime Minister and relevant Authorities some of the Company’s aspects.

II. INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY’S INVESTING PROJECTS:
 
At present, Company is operating and investing in the following projects:
 
1. Invest in and operate the cargo transport vessels project:

a. Company has been putting in operation of 03 cargo transport vessels:

- Trai Thien 68 vessel with loading capacity: 3,005 tons

- Trai Thien 86 vessel with  loading capacity: 3,011.98 tons

- Dong Thap 18 vessel with  loading capacity: 3,612.50 tons

- Trai Thien 08 vessel with loading capacity: 3,762 tons

b. Company is building 06 new vessel with level unlimited, as detailed:

- 03 vessels with loading capacity: 7,600 tons/vessel, schedules to put into operation in January 2009;

- 01 vessel with loading capacity: 7,600 tons/vessel, schedules to put into operation in January 2010;

- 01 vessel with loading capacity: 7,600 tons/vessel, schedules to put into operation in June 2010;

- 01 vessel with loading capacity: 7,600 tons/vessel, schedules to put into operation in December 2010;
 

Thus, until the end of year 2009 as scheduled, the company’s flotilla consists of 07 (seven) vessels with the total amount of loading capacity is 36,191.48 tons; until the end of year 2010, the flotilla will consists of 10 (ten) vessels with the total amount of loading capacity reaches 58,991.48 tons.
 

2. Invest in and operate the seaport project:

Company has set up a project which has been adopted by the People’s Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, the People’s Committee of Con Dao precinct to  allow investment in building deep-water seaport which can receive all big transport vessels regionally and internationally

3. Invest in and develop aviation:

a. Investment for airplanes:
 
- Company is licensed to exploit domestic market with up to 10 airplanes
 
- Company schedules to put 05 airplanes, Boeing 737 – 300 type into air freight.
